My Guarantee of Freshness
and explanation of Shipping
Policies
I have
made a commitment to ONLY
sell freshly manufactured
nutritional supplements. A
dirty little secret of
doctors offices and online
sellers of supplements is
that, in order to take
advantage of volume
discounts and provide quick
service to patients and
online customers, many
doctors order items that
will sit on shelves for
months and years.
These
high quality supplements are
well made and stable but are
made with natural
ingredients of exceptional
quality and are made to be
highly absorbable. This
means they aren't "Twinkies"
(twinkies are so refined and
contain so many
preservatives they are
thought to have a shelf life
of decades).
These nutrients, however,
can't sit on a shelf forever
and still retain their full
potency. You are already
paying for the best quality,
insist on freshness as well.
So, for
slower moving items we often
order from the manufacturer
as we get the order from
you. We only stock items
that move quickly. This is
much more expensive for us
as we have to put in orders
to various manufacturers
every morning and track
incoming shipments carefully
so your package gets out as
soon as we get your items
get in. We also can't take
advantage of many volume
discounts offered by
manufacturers.
For
orders where everything is
in stock we normally ship
next business day, often
SAME business day. I use
only USPS Priority Mail
which is 2-3 day delivery in
most of the US.
For
orders that have items that
need to be obtained from the
manufacturer we normally
ship 2-7 days from when the
order was placed. The most
common time is about 3
business days.
This
assures you of the
FRESHEST POSSIBLE PRODUCT.

My PROMISE to you:
If your
order takes more than ten
business days to get to you
from time of ordering,
you get 10% of your order
total credited back to your
account. This will
normally only happen if the
manufacturer backorders an
item, most orders will
arrive much more quickly
than that. Please notify us
to request the credit if
appropriate.
I also
promise to keep you apprised
of the progress of your
order. You should
receive at least one order
confirmation email. We will
also set the USPS software
to notify you when we ship.
You can figure your arrival
time as 2-3 days from when
you receive shipment notice.
Please note that Priority
Mail uses a "Delivery
Confirmation" system NOT a
"tracking" number. The
system will normally only
show that we have notified
the Post Office to expect a
package until delivery to
you is confirmed.
